This Privacy Policy explains how SendOS ("SendOS", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you use our website, customer app, rider app, admin dashboard, APIs, and related services.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare to measure landing-page views, demo and WhatsApp link clicks, campaign labels, referring website domains, page language, country and device category. This measurement uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifier and does not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, names, emails or phone numbers. A random identifier groups events for one page load only. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Website events are removed after 180 days when new events are recorded. Confirmed enquiries, bookings, attended calls and payments are recorded separately using an internal lead reference to assess our marketing.
