SendOS provides logistics software infrastructure, including customer, rider, and admin interfaces, APIs, and operational tooling for delivery businesses. Service availability may vary by region, tenant, and provider integrations.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must have authority to act for your business or tenant where applicable.
- You are responsible for account credentials, access controls, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SendOS for unlawful activity, fraud, or abusive conduct.
- Reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with platform security or reliability.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive automated traffic.
- Misrepresent identity, tenant, or service status.
4. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, transaction fees, and billing terms are set out in your commercial agreement or applicable order form. You are responsible for taxes, charge disputes, and third-party provider fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Third-Party Services
SendOS may integrate third-party services such as payment, mapping, messaging, and analytics providers. Their availability and performance are subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property
- SendOS and related assets remain the property of SendOS and its licensors.
- You retain rights to your business data and branding materials you submit.
- You grant SendOS a limited license to host and process your data to operate the service.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform to improve performance, security, or compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance where practical.
8. Disclaimers
SendOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendOS and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, billing, or policy reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any contractual obligations in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by a binding written agreement between you and SendOS.
